30-Day returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every Persevere One purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges: Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Store Credit: Eligible returns may be issued as Persevere One store credit for the value of the returned merchandise. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
